Machine Operator
Machine Operator – Logoplaste UK
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team and demonstrate a good hands-on approach.
Key Tasks & Activities
- Operation, maintenance, and improvement of the site’s EBM machinery
- Directs and monitors the execution of the production schedule
- Performs preventative and reactive maintenance on related equipment as required
- Executes production changeovers and startup procedures
- Inspects the finished product – visually and/or through camera checks
- Conducts quality checks
- Strict compliance with company safety policy and procedures
- Maintains good housekeeping standards
Who We Are Looking For
Background & Experience
- Mechanical or electrical experience would be advantageous
- Experience with Graham Wheel/EBM/ISBM machines is a plus
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in tool changes and planned maintenance is advantageous

- Strong interpersonal skills paired with solid organizational abilities and job prioritization
Essential Traits
- Good communication, flexibility, and reliability are required for this role
