Location: Wrexham, Wales

A long established plastic manufacturing company in Wrexham is looking for dependable and hardworking Production/Machine Operatives to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in a busy, supportive environment with the potential to secure a permanent role.

Job Type: Full-time
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rates: Rotating Days/Nights: £12.71 per hour, Overtime available
Paid breaks included

Shift Patterns:

  • Days: 07:00 - 19:00
  • Nights: 19:00 - 07:00

Main Duties

  • Operating machinery throughout the production process
  • Picking, stacking, and organising finished products
  • Carrying out quality checks
  • Monitoring production lines for safety and efficiency
  • Keeping work areas clean and following site safety procedures

What We're Looking For

  • A strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
  • Reliable team players with good communication skills
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices
  • Punctual, proactive, and able to follow instructions accurately
