Role Description
Highly specialized in one role or capable of performing multiple roles for the shoe manufacturing process exclusively, utilizing a multitude of tools and machinery in a close capacity with other manufacturing associates in a team setting.
- Takes direction and feedback from Team Leaders
- Expected to be flexible in cross-training and rotations of various jobs and duties to achieve departmental and business goals
- Also expected to make suggestions to improve the production process, display motivation and initiative to improve job skills and knowledge
- Anticipated that their expertise in roles will have them serve in a mentoring capacity to new associates
- Focused on upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards while meeting customer demands
- Wears the proper PPE and reports all accidents and near misses at the work site

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Flexible Work Schedule

North American office-based associates are expected to come into the office on Wednesdays, with other occasional in-office days for in-person meetings and events as needed. Our offices are fully open and amenities are available across our North American office locations.
