We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Machine Operator to join their busy production team in the Bideford area.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and looking for long-term employment with full training provided.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 17:00
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break
- 40 hours per week
The Role
The successful candidate will be trained to operate a Nail Gun machine as part of the manufacturing process. You will be working in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Live within a 30-minute commute of the Bideford area.
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the working day.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Able to follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Suitable PPE is required for this role.
