This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte Operations for an engagement with one of our clients.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Macro Product & Data Lead to support the FX & Rates Value Stream. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, driving API-first solutions, data strategy, product development, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
This role requires strong product ownership capabilities, deep understanding of data models and integration architectures, and experience working within Markets businesses, particularly FX and Rates.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a product lead across Macro initiatives within the FX & Rates Value Stream.
- Define and drive API-first implementation strategies.
- Partner with business, architecture, and engineering teams to design scalable solutions.
- Support development of AI-enabled capabilities and assess opportunities to scale existing use cases.
- Drive decisions around data strategy, data taxonomy, and data governance frameworks.
- Analyse and define target data models to support business and technology objectives.
- Manage and prioritise product backlogs within Agile delivery environments.
- Translate business requirements into technology solutions and architectural outcomes.
- Provide project and programme support across strategic transformation initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Markets, Technology, and Operations.

Experience & Skills Required
- Proven Product Owner/Product Management experience within Financial Services.
- Strong FX and Rates product knowledge.
- Experience working within Macro trading or Markets environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, and modern technology architectures.
- Experience defining and implementing data models and data taxonomy frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions and data-driven transformation programmes.
- Ability to operate across business, technology, and architecture functions.
- Strong Agile delivery experience.
