LaplandUK welcomes over 180,000 guests every Christmas and is one of the UK's highest-rated immersive experiences. Featured in its own Channel 4 documentary and on The Apprentice, LaplandUK combines West End quality sets, talent and world-class storytelling to create an experience unlike any other.
We're looking for warm, energetic people to join our cast as Magic Elf this Christmas.
No acting experience is required. If you're confident, enjoy working with people and love creating memorable experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
What We Offer
- £13.75 per hour (Paid Training)
- 12.07% holiday pay paid at the end of your contract

The Role
As a Magic Elf, you'll play a key part in the most magical moment of every family's visit.
Throughout the day you'll:
- Escort families to Father Christmas' woodland cabin
- Bring the story to life through warm, engaging interactions
- Capture treasured family photographs during their visit
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with energy and enthusiasm
Every shift is about creating unforgettable Christmas memories that families will treasure forever.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
- Friendly, approachable and naturally engaging
- Confident interacting with children and adults
- Full of energy and enthusiasm
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Reliable, professional and a great team player
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older by 19th Oct 2026
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Able to work our event sites: Whitmoor Forest, Swinley Road, Winkfield Row, Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 8BD
- Natural hair colour & no visible tattoos or piercings on the hands, wrists, neck or face.
