About The Role
This role is eligible for two bonuses:
- Campus Services New Starter Bonus: £1,000 (pro rata for part-time roles)
- Payable after successfully passing six-months’ probation.
- Campus Services Refer a Friend Bonus
- Eligible if a staff member refers you.
Core Responsibilities:
- Handling the sorting, processing, and distribution of incoming mail and parcels.
- Making campus deliveries on the Claverton Down site.
- Providing customer-oriented services from a physical counter.
The role involves modern technology:
- IT experience required using franking technology for outgoing mail.
- Tracking software and hardware to ensure service excellence.
About You
Required skills & attributes:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Clear written and spoken communication.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Role specifics:
- Part-time (30 hours/week).
- Term-time only.
