Main - Costa Barista
As a Barista at Costa Coffee
You’ll provide exceptional customer service and as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards.
Costa Coffee offers over 40 beverage options that are hot, cold, and iced as well as offering fresh baked products in store, patisserie items, hot breakfast, and lunch on the go Costa Coffee prides itself on supporting the local community and giving back to its customers with a wealth of offers, loyalty and NHS discounts.
What being a Barista is all about?
- Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences so they get the best experience on every visit
- Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards, availability
- Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to your customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
- Working as part of a winning Team: pulling together with other members in the team to adapt to what can be a changing fast pace environment.

- Good communication skills and Listening skills to understand then customers needs
- Great organisation skills plus strong attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team, supporting your colleagues and helping to deliver the daily activities
