Main Grade Lecturer - Sports (BWFA)

Description

You’ll join a collaborative, student-centred team working in a fast-paced sports environment. Day to day, the role combines high-quality teaching with practical delivery in a performance setting, so you’ll be supported to plan well, stay organised and keep learners motivated and progressing.

Please note, there are two 1 FTE vacancies available for this post.

Leadership is approachable and focused on consistency, safeguarding and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with the Curriculum Manager and colleagues through course team meetings, shared resources and regular review of learner progress, with coaching and professional development to help you build confidence and impact.

Our new partnership with Boreham Football Academy strengthens this offer by bringing industry practice into the curriculum. You’ll collaborate with academy staff to align standards, enrich learning activities and ensure students benefit from a clear pathway between education and the performance game.
