About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mainframe System Automation Specialist to join our global team. This role focuses on the design and implementation of monitoring and automation solutions for critical products across the organisation, ensuring their availability, recoverability, and security.
The team utilises the Broadcom OPS/MVS product, and candidates with extensive IBM z系统 (IBMz) experience are essential to provide expert guidance and solutions.
You will:
- Manage requests for creation or enhancement of monitoring and automation rules for Mainframe Automation
- Collaborate with IT teams globally
- Support incident resolutions following identified issues
- Participate in project work, designing and delivering efficient automation solutions for Mainframe and IBM z automation

Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand monitoring and automation features for Mainframe environments
- Design and implement automation workflows in compliance with organisational standards
- Advise stakeholders on best practices and optimal configurations for IBMz systems
- Provide technical support for Sudden MVS-related issues and the automation of critical processes
- Work closely with global teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools for Mainframe automation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must have experience with Broadcom OPS/MVS
- Proven expertise in Mainframe automation
- Proficiency in REXX programming
- Experience with IBM SA/NetView and IBM Z System Automation
- Strong understanding of IBM Enterprise Critical Systems (such as Community MVS)
