The Role
As Maintenance Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing urgent jobs and ensuring they’re logged onto the maintenance system, approving immediate attendance where required
- Assigning and prioritising jobs to internal and external contractors to maximise efficiency
- Gathering maintenance and repair information from across our venues to assign the correct contractors
- Following up on all repairs and maintenance jobs, coordinating with contractors, and updating the maintenance system
- Assisting with raising order numbers and processing invoices from suppliers and contractors

The Person
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- ** Experience in a similar administrative or maintenance role**
- A confident, reliable individual who can communicate clearly with people at all levels
- The ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise a heavy workload
