About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, practical team member to join our Maintenance & Facilities Team at Tattershall Lakes, our flagship glistening lakeside resort in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our Holiday Heroes, you’ll help keep our accommodation and holiday park in tip-top condition.
Your responsibilities will range from repairing, maintaining, and improving everything—from entrance signage to back fences—ensuring our guests and team have a spectacular experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Maintenance Team, you’ll:
- Carry out essential maintenance and repair work, such as:
- Fixing taps
- Repairing shelves and TV units
- Undertaking general property upkeep
- Work alongside experienced colleagues, gaining support for any unfamiliar tasks.
- Uphold our high standards, meeting customer expectations while adhering to Health and Safety legislation and company policies.
- Conduct maintenance checks and repairs during changeover days, collaborating with tradespeople when needed.
- Handle any other tasks where not everyone can step up—expect a mix of practical and adaptable duties!

Skills, Experience, And Qualities We’re Looking For
We’ll train you extensively, but we need our new Holiday Heroes to bring the following:
- A basic understanding of Health & Safety at work.
- A full UK driving licence.
Holiday park experience? Not essential—we’ll coach and upskill you. But if you’re proactive, people-focused and enjoy problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.
