About the Role

Role & Responsibilities

  • To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
  • To ensure stock control with the maintenance department
  • Timely completion of maintenance to ensure product quality
  • Completion and maintenance of fire log book
  • Record keeping of room maintenance
  • Maintaining high standards of outside areas, public areas, guest bedrooms and ground maintenance
  • To follow all hotel policies
  • To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
  • To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
  • All other duties as required
