Requirements
The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
The role will include working one weekend per month
Duties Will Include
- Liaise with the Maintenance Manager and Housekeeping department regarding both internal and external maintenance.
- To comply with all statutory and Company regulations relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Fire safety and security of the premises and property.
- Ensure that proactive and reactive day to day maintenance work is carried out to the required standards.
- Assist with ensuring that the maintenance work remains in budget and causes little disruption to guests.
