About the Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Maintenance Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the safe and attractive surroundings that will enable our team to provide the quality care and support our patients deserve. It's essential that our homes make a strong first impression and that every area remains well-maintained.

About You
To join our team as a Bank Maintenance Assistant, you’ll need:
- Experience of property maintenance
- A patient, caring nature
- Genuine interest in supporting patients
- Flexibility, reliability, and willingness to tackle a variety of tasks
Your primary focus will be maintaining the hospital environment to the highest standards.
