Maintenance Assistant – Let’s Keep Things Running Smoothly!
Got a dab hand with a toolbox? Join us as a Maintenance Assistant and help ensure our hotels and leisure clubs stay in tip-top condition—with everything functioning like it did on day one.
This is one of the most flexible and varied roles in hospitality—you’ll cover it all:
- Fixing issues in guest rooms to guarantee a faultless stay
- Ensuring leisure facilities run seamlessly
- Keeping public areas fresh and welcoming
About the Role

What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Assistant, you’ll:
- Use your practical skills with tools to fix and fix up everything on-site
- Quickly diagnose and resolve technical and maintenance issues
- Work across rooms, public areas, and leisure club facilities to keep things running smoothly
- Assist colleagues in other departments with inventive problem-solving
- Ensure our guests’ experience is exceptional from arrival to departure
What We Need from You
We’re looking for:
- Practical skills with tools and basic maintenance (the handy person we know you are!)
- Passion for learning—embracing growth, training, and new challenges
- Big personality—someone who makes things fun and engaging
- Customer service drive—down to earth and focused on guest satisfaction
- Problem-solving mindset—proactive, quick-thinking, and adaptable
- Team spirit—collaborating well with other departments like cleaning, facilities, and management

- Reliability—being part of the team in person or across locations
