We are looking for an experienced hands-on Maintenance Assistant who can assist with hotel and pool house maintenance work such as plumbing, painting, mechanical, and electrical work.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Undertaking shifts weekdays and weekends
- Complying with all statutory and legal requirements, working in accordance with these regulations
- Interacting with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Checking the accuracy of deliveries and ensuring they are stored away safely and in an appropriate manner
- Maintaining a flexible and positive attitude towards your working environment
Who We’re Looking For
- Have great attention to detail
- Have experience of working with and managing contractors
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate

Can I get to Lympstone Manor via public transport?
You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village. It is a 15-minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
Do I need the right to work in the UK?
In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.
Do you provide employee accommodation?
The hotel may be able to offer on-site staff accommodation, in order to help the newest members of the team relocate and settle in.
