The Role
To carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties, in line with an approved task list, working unsupervised.
Key Responsibilities (You Will)
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and legal workplace.
- Adhere to Wetherspoon’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Work with third-party contractors.
- Ensure all work (whether by you or an approved contractor) complies with company design standard operating procedures (DSOPs).
- Carry out any reasonable task, as requested, to meet business needs.
About You
Must:
- Have the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
- Be able to work unsupervised and resolve problems using your own knowledge while following relevant guidelines.
- Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm in your role and show commitment to colleagues and the pub.
- Have a friendly nature and strong communication skills.
- Be honest, trustworthy, and respectful.
- Remain calm when working in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to Wetherspoon’s appearance standards, including correct PPE when required.
- Receive and act on regular feedback from the management team.
