Maintenance Associate

Location: The White Hart Hotel Salary: £14.27 per hour Closing Date: 6 July 2026 Hours Per Week: 18 hours

About the Role

At Wetherspoon, we deliver exceptional service, high-quality food and drinks while ensuring our pubs and hotels remain well-maintained and inviting to customers. We’re seeking a dedicated, reliable, and proactive Maintenance Associate with practical maintenance experience—or a strong willingness to learn—to join our team.

This role requires independent working and a hands-on, solution-focused approach. You’ll play a critical part in keeping our venues safe, legal, and customer-friendly.


Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Associate, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service while working efficiently.
  • Ensure the workplace remains clean, safe, and legal at all times.
  • Follow Wetherspoon’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies strictly.
  • Collaborate with third-party contractors as required.
  • Verify that all work—whether completed by yourself or external contractors—adheres to the company’s Design Standard Operating Procedures (DSOPs).
  • Perform any reasonable task requested to meet business needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
