Maintenance Co-Ordinator – Victrex

About the Role

We’re looking for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our team at Hillhouse, supporting the safe, efficient delivery of maintenance activities across our production facilities. You’ll play a key role in planning, preparing, and scheduling maintenance work to maximise plant reliability and minimise disruption to operations.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and scheduling preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Coordinating internal teams and external contractors to deliver work safely and efficiently
  • Aligning maintenance plans with production schedules to minimise downtime
  • Managing priorities, resources, and risks across multiple workstreams
  • Supporting the development of detailed work packages and the continuous improvement of maintenance data
  • Monitoring performance and contributing to KPIs including asset availability and resource utilisation

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or planning/scheduling environments
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A proactive approach to safety, risk management, and continuous improvement
  • Experience using planning systems (e.g., CMMS)
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
