We’re recruiting skilled Electricians to join our long-term Ministry of Justice contract, delivering essential facilities management services that keep prisons safe, secure and operational.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
- Undertaking electrical testing in line with BS7671
- Supporting safe, compliant and secure environments
- Working both independently and as part of a wider facilities team

What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 Electrical Qualifications (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition (or 17th with willingness to upskill)
- Experience in maintenance or similar environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- A proactive, safety-focused approach

HMP Hewell is a large, well-established site offering a diverse and varied working environment. With a strong on-site team and a structured maintenance operation, this location is ideal for Electricians who enjoy problem-solving and working across a broad range of systems. Its location near Redditch also offers good access to surrounding towns, making it a practical choice for those based in the Midlands.
