About the Role

Join Campari Group at the iconic Glen Grant Distillery, where tradition meets cutting-edge technology. As an Electrical Technician, you’ll support end-to-end production (from grain to glass), maintaining critical distillery operations—including milling, fermentation, distillation, maturation, and bottling. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on hands-on problem-solving in a dynamic, quality-focused environment, making an impact behind one of the world’s most recognised spirits brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems across the full distillery process, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability
  • Support site utilities (e.g., boilers, chillers, compressors) in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Diagnose faults quickly and deliver efficient solutions for complex equipment
  • Monitor and enhance electrical SOPs and maintenance standards
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimise daily operations
  • Uphold high housekeeping standards for a safe, organised workspace
  • Contribute to a strong safety culture by adhering to QHSE policies
  • Participate in on-call rotation for emergency breakdown support

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Completed an electrical apprenticeship with strong practical experience
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
  • Proven experience working with complex machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement approach
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours shifts
  • Clear communication and attention to detail

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with instrumentation or PLC systems
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance tracking systems
  • Background in distillation, food & beverage, or bottling operations (not essential but valuable)
