Location
West of England (Field Based)
Covering: Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and surrounding areas

Role Overview
You will play a key role in helping us achieve this by carrying out a range of practical maintenance and environmental services, either individually or as part of a team. This includes waste handling, grounds maintenance, removals, and general cleansing duties, always ensuring a high standard of customer service and safe working practices.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out waste removal, grounds maintenance, removals, and general cleansing duties across void and occupied properties
- Ensure all areas are left clean, safe, and free from debris following each visit
- Use cleaning equipment and machinery safely and in line with training and procedures
- Complete waste collection, transport, and disposal in accordance with relevant guidelines
- Support routine maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment, reporting any faults or hazards
- Complete accurate records and documentation as required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures, safeguarding responsibilities, and organisational standards

What We’re Looking For
- Confident and capable of driving vehicles up to 3,500kg
- Experience in general cleaning duties and waste clearance
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment and machinery
- NVQ or BICSc cleaning qualifications (desirable)
- Understanding of COSHH (desirable) and safe use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to use mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones
- Experience operating tools and equipment such as:
- Pressure washers
- Floor scrubber dryers and rotary machines
- Wet vacuums
- Strimmers, hedge cutters, brush cutters, lawn mowers, rotavators
- Reach & wash / gutter cleaning systems
- Competent using email and basic IT systems
- Flexible, reliable, and able to manage travel requirements
Additional Requirements
- Full UK driving licence required
- Ability to pass a DBS check
