Maintenance Engineer
Position: Maintenance Engineer (with electrical bias) Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire Salary: £47,000 Hours: Double Days (6am–2:30pm & 2:15pm–10:45pm), Mon–Fri only

About the Role
We are seeking a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias to join our team of 3 engineers at our automated distribution centre in Lutterworth.

Daily Responsibilities
- Planned & reactive maintenance of a fully automated distribution centre
- Site-wide maintenance, including:
- Sprinkler systems
- Air conditioning & heating
- General facilities upkeep
Requirements
Essential
✔ At least 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance ✔ Preference for 60% electrical bias (but mechanically skilled engineers with strong electrical competencies will also be considered) ✔ Recognised Level 3 electrical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ, HNC) – a strong advantage
