Maintenance Engineer – Hospitality | London

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a busy hospitality operation across two London sites. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining catering equipment, supporting building services, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the premises.

  • Service, repair, and fault-find on electric and gas catering equipment, including fryers, grills, cookers, and refrigeration.
  • Support basic HVAC and plumbing maintenance.
  • Carry out general repairs, decorating, and day-to-day fabric maintenance.
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns and maintenance issues to minimise downtime.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-presented environment.

Essential Criteria

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Diploma
  • 17th/18th Edition BS7671
  • Commercial Gas Safe certification
  • Strong practical knowledge of catering equipment, HVAC, and plumbing
  • Right to work in the UK
