- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and technical faults to minimize downtime
- Install and commission new machinery and systems when required
- Complete welding, internal servicing, and tool fitting activities
- Maintain building guarding and ensure equipment complies with health and safety standards
- Keep accurate maintenance records, servicing schedules, and repair documentation
What we're looking for in a Maintenance Engineer
- Previous experience maintaining cold roll forming machines, presses, or similar manufacturing equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including bearings, brakes, and machine rolls
- Electrical maintenance and fault-finding capability
- Welding and tool fitting experience
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a manufacturing environment

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Friday: 6:00am - 12:00pm
