Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will ensure the smooth running of the production lines. Working within a close-knit team, you will be on 12-hour days, tackling a range of engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Regularly servicing and maintaining machinery to prevent downtime.
- Reactive Repairs: Swiftly diagnosing and resolving issues to maintain production schedules.
- Contributing to process improvements and equipment upgrades.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to health, safety, and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to share knowledge and achieve team objectives.

Qualifications and Skills
- A strong multi-skilled background in both electrical & mechanical engineering.
- Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts.
