Shift: 4 on 4 off - Days & Nights

This Maintenance Engineer position is based at a high-volume FMCG manufacturing site following major investment across machinery, automation, and site upgrades. The site is continuing to develop its engineering team and is particularly well suited to someone with a strong electrical background.

The Maintenance Engineer role
- Planned and reactive maintenance across food processing and packaging machinery
- Electrical fault finding on PLCs, inverters, control panels, and site services
- Supporting improvements, projects, and new machinery installations
- Maintaining high standards across engineering and food-grade environments
What they're looking for
- Level 3 qualification or a completed apprenticeship
- Strong electrical skills with solid mechanical understanding
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in FMCG or food production
- A proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving
- Commutable to Boston
