We're on the lookout for a Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and a strong focus on first-fix solutions to keep our production lines running smoothly. Candidates who excel will have the opportunity to progress to a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out first-fix reactive maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging machinery
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults quickly and efficiently
- Minimising downtime and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
- Supporting continuous improvement projects and proactive maintenance strategies
- Working collaboratively with the wider engineering and production teams

Shift pattern:
4 on / 4 off rotational shifts (2 days, 2 nights) – giving you a healthy work-life balance and regular time off
Sounds interesting, what do I need?
- Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer
- An appropriate Engineering qualification
- Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety
- Ideally you will have worked in food manufacturing or FMCG production environments previously, however this is not absolutely necessary
- Preferably multi-skilled (mechanical/electrical)
- PLC experience would be a bonus
