So, what will I be doing?
Join the heart of British dairy at Yeo Valley, where we combine traditional farming values with innovative technology to deliver quality products loved across the UK. We're on the lookout for a Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and a strong focus on first-fix solutions to keep our production lines running smoothly. Candidates who excel will have the opportunity to progress to a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out first-fix reactive maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging machinery
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults quickly and efficiently
- Minimising downtime and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
- Supporting continuous improvement projects and proactive maintenance strategies
- Working collaboratively with the wider engineering and production teams

Shift pattern:
4 on / 4 off rotational shifts (2 days, 2 nights) – giving you a healthy work-life balance and regular time off
Sounds interesting, what do I need?
- Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer
- An appropriate Engineering qualification
- Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety
- Ideally you will have worked in food manufacturing or FMCG production environments previously, however this is not absolutely necessary
- Preferably multi-skilled (mechanical/electrical)
- PLC experience would be a bonus
