Maintenance Engineer - Day Shift
Job Title: Day Shift Engineer – Electrical bias preferred

Location: Canary Wharf, Greater London (East London)
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Working Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Off (7am to 7pm - 12hr day shift)
Are you a Building Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge on days only shift, for an esteemed property company who manage their electrical and mechanical services in house?
Duties
You’ll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining building maintenance systems and equipment across the entire site. Your duties will include:
Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of Electrical & Mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building and responding to emergencies for make safe or repair. Supporting colleagues once trained for general maintenance tasks including statutory compliance and remedial works Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a busy, time-sensitive environment. Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

Ideal Candidate
Level 3 minimum in Electrical discipline Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. xlqdzyr
