We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and improving cutting-edge production equipment in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive on problem-solving and want to work with advanced technology, this is your chance to make an impact.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, front-line reactive maintenance and get equipment back into service quickly.
  • Diagnose faults and repair mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Lead shift-based problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Identify and implement cost-effective improvements to boost efficiency and reliability.
  • Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coach operators on asset care tasks and collaborate as part of a high-performing team.

What We're Looking For

  • Recognised engineering apprenticeship.
  • Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Mechanical/Electrical bias with multiskilled capability.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
