Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience working on CNC machinery and industrial manufacturing equipment looking to join a long-established and stable manufacturing business offering excellent work-life balance, overtime opportunities, and long-term job security?
This company is a well-established UK manufacturer with decades of industry expertise supplying high-performance products into a variety of sectors including transport, engineering, and industrial manufacturing. Known for its strong staff retention and supportive working environment, the business is continuing to invest in its facilities and engineering team.
In this role you will be responsible for the reactive and planned maintenance of CNC machinery and a range of industrial production equipment across the site. You will fault find, repair, and maintain mechanical systems to minimise downtime and ensure production efficiency. The role is predominantly reactive maintenance with opportunities to contribute towards continuous improvement projects.

This position would suit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing or industrial background who is experienced working on CNC machinery and is looking for a stable, days-based role with overtime and excellent benefits.
The Role
- Reactive and planned maintenance across CNC and industrial machinery
- Fault finding and repair of mechanical equipment and production systems
- Minimise downtime and support production efficiency
- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Support continuous improvement and maintenance projects
Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 1:00pm
The Person
- Mechanical Maintenance Engineer background
- Experience working on CNC machinery
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
- An understanding of electrical maintenance on machinery
