Job Title - Maintenance Engineer
Location - Tonbridge, Kent
Salary - Up to £40,000
Shift - Monday - Friday - Double Days
Will look at single skilled engineers and train them to become multi skilled
Job Role of the Maintenance Engineer
A superb opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a highly automated supportive and collaborative engineering team within a busy FMCG manufacturing site. The company prides itself on a positive working culture where teamwork and mutual respect are at the centre of daily operations.
Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance across a range of high-speed production and packaging machinery. You will respond to breakdowns, carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives to maximise site efficiency and minimise downtime.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer
Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory environment.
Essential Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer
- Electrical or mechanical fault-finding experience.
- Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
