Requires a Multi – Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering bias and some electrical fault-finding experience.

We support clients across the Yellow Goods, Rail, Transport, and general manufacturing sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance engineer to support a busy manufacturing environment and play a key role in improving equipment uptime, reliability, and site performance.
Responsibilities
- Reactive, proactive, and planned maintenance across a wide range of factory equipment
- Support plant uptime including lasers cutting machines, CNC machining centres, press brakes, welding/fabrication equipment, and general site services.
- Respond to plant downtime to ensure that the plant can maximize throughput and meet customer demand.
- Support facilities and site services maintenance activities.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Always work safely and in line with company procedures.

Skills Profile
- Recognised Mechanical or Multi Skilled apprenticeship or 10 plus years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical fault finding and diagnostic skills.
- Basic electrical fault-finding experience
- Experience of PLC’s, motor, and inverter drives.
- Ability to read technical drawings (Mechanical and Electrical)
- Willing to work overtime as required to keep plant operational.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Forklift truck and IPAF license preferable but not essential.
