βοΈ Hiring: SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM / MRO Consultant)
π Location: Cardiff, Wales, UK (Hybrid β 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)
πΌ Employment Type: 6 Months Fixed-Term OR 6 Months Contract
π· Salary: Up to Β£75,000 per annum (FTC)
π° Contract Rate: Market Competitive
π Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM / MRO) Consultant to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme within a complex engineering and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering SAP PM/EAM solutions, particularly in Aerospace MRO, Asset Management, and SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP PM/EAM solution design and configuration for SAP S/4HANA.
- Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and promote Clean Core implementation.
- Configure Technical Objects, Functional Locations, Equipment Master Data, Work Centres, Maintenance Orders, Notifications, and Preventive Maintenance.
- Integrate SAP PM with MM, PP, QM, PLM, MES, and other enterprise platforms.
- Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA transition, including coexistence and migration strategy.
- Configure complex MRO subcontracting and refurbishment processes.
- Ensure compliance with aviation standards including CAA, EASA, FAA, ITAR, and AS9100.
- Collaborate with architects, migration teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP PM/EAM consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in Aerospace Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO).
- Proven experience in at least 3 full SAP implementation projects, including SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration.
- Deep configuration expertise in Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Equipment BOMs, and Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working within Aerospace & Defence, Aviation Manufacturing, or Military Maintenance environments.

Preferred
- SAP S/4HANA Asset Management Certification.
- Experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and FMEA.
- Knowledge of engineering structures and SAP Asset Manager.
