Up to £57,500 per annum + Bonus + Unlimited Enhanced Overtime + Full Sickness Pay + Enhanced Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on heavy industrial machinery to ensure high reliability and efficiency
  • Responding to reactive maintenance needs within a structured maintenance culture (PPM prioritised)
  • Working with cutting-edge equipment, including:
    • Vacuum systems
    • Hydraulic presses
    • CNC machines
    • X-ray machinery
    • Kilns & furnaces
    • Automated conveyors
    • Robotic systems
  • Troubleshooting and optimising equipment performance
  • Collaborating with highly skilled engineering teams in a facility known for first-class maintenance standards and an exemplary health & safety record
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and safety enhancements

Requirements

  • Relevant Level 3 qualifications
  • Experience in heavy industry or strong aptitude and willingness to work with large hydraulic systems
  • Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on, industrial environment
  • Passion for engineering (demonstrated through past projects, car restoration, problem-solving skills, etc.)
  • Proactive mindset with strong logical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a high-performing team
