Location: West Midlands
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 basic plus overtime (dependant on skills, experience, and qualifications).

Are you an experienced Security Maintenance Engineer looking to join a company that values quality, professionalism, and customer service?

You will be working across a variety of security systems and environments, supported with ongoing training and development to help you continue progressing your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance on a variety of security systems, including public space CCTV, Intruder and intercoms
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and customer satisfaction is achieved before leaving site
- Complete all required documentation accurately, including job reports and timesheets, using the Company's service management system
- Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety procedures and best practices
- Participate in the Company's out of hours callout rota
- Represent the business professionally at all times when interacting with clients and colleagues
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience maintaining CCTV systems
- Good technical knowledge of CCTV, Intruder, networking, and intercom systems
- IPAF Licence
- PTS (desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
