📋 Detailed Daily Activities (Key Tasks)
As part of your training, you’ll assist with the following duties:
- Scheduled maintenance – Conduct routine servicing as per manufacturer specifications.
- First-line customer support – Troubleshoot system faults, offering prompt rectifications where possible.
- Root cause analysis – Methodically diagnose faults, identify underlying issues, and propose systemic improvements to prevent future occurrences.
- Communication with stakeholders – Relay findings, maintenance updates, and improvement suggestions to the broader business to influence opportunities.
- Customer support during breakdowns – Manage expectations while troubleshooting disruptions.

📚 Requirements

Academic qualifications: A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C/5 or above), covering:
