About The Role
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Facilities Administrator to work at our site in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidate will work 5 days per week from Monday – Friday 07:00-15:30.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance team, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurately recorded
- Attending Maintenance meetings as a note taker
- Schedule and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance tasks, liaising with internal teams and external contractors
- Manage inventory of uniform, PPE, stationary supply
- Monitor plant and equipment maintenance schedules, updating records and arranging for servicing as required
- Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Process maintenance requests and maintain the maintenance management system
- Generate reports and analyse maintenance data to support operational decision-making

About You
Desired skills & knowledge
- Previous experience as Administrator, ideally within a plant or industrial setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
