Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational, and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. We are recruiting for the following position:
Position: Maintenance/Janitorial Staff
Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
- Disinfect surfaces and properly dispose of biohazard and general waste
- Maintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris, and snow removal)
- Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting)
- Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation)
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Follow all safety and health guidelines

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
- Basic math and reading skills
- Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred (training provided)
- Annual TB test required
Work Environment
- Indoor and outdoor work
- Exposure to weather and cleaning chemicals
- Fast-paced healthcare setting
Starting Wage: $21.30 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturdays (Flexible)
Hourly - Hourly Plan, 21.30 USD Hourly
