Role Description
The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily maintenance activities across company properties and facilities.

Key tasks include:
- Managing preventive maintenance schedules
- Overseeing equipment inspections and repairs
- Ensuring maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards
- Leading and supporting maintenance team members
- Allocating work orders
- Monitoring performance
- Collaborating with other departments and external contractors as needed
The role also involves:
- Maintaining records
- Managing budgets related to maintenance operations
- Tracking spare parts and materials
- Implementing continuous improvements to reduce downtime and extend asset life
Qualifications
- Strong maintenance management capabilities, including Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair skills.
- Hands-on technical proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance for building systems and related assets.
- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, with experience leading maintenance teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring work quality.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to facilities and maintenance operations.
- Experience in property, construction, or facilities management environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, maintenance manuals, and work specifications.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software or CMMS tools and basic office applications.
- Relevant technical or vocational qualification in building services, engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in maintenance or facilities management are an advantage.

Salary
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum + car.
