BURGERS & FRIES AND INCREDIBLE CAREERS!

We’re the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. And we’ve stuck to the same ‘perfect and serve’ philosophy since our family business began in 1986.

These days, we’re still just as much a family as we always have been. We have tons of integrity, we’re enthusiastic. we’re competitive and we just get it done – whatever the challenge.

That’s where this role comes in. As part of our Property & Maintenance team, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our restaurants trading - leading maintenance across a large region, minimising disruption, and ensuring every site meets the high standards our teams and customers expect.

THE ROLE

Location: London based with frequent travel to the South of England and the Midlands

This is a high-impact, field-based role responsible for the delivery of both reactive and planned maintenance across a region of circa 60 restaurants.

Your focus will be simple:

  • Keep our restaurants trading
  • Minimise disruption and downtime
  • Ensure every store meets safety and brand standards

You’ll work closely with Operations, Property, and Construction teams, while managing contractors and driving continuous improvement across your region.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
