Maintenance Operative - Aria Court Care Home
As the Maintenance Operative at Aria Court Care Home, you will ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all residents and employees, working closely with their teams to provide strong leadership and inspiration, ensuring the highest service standards are achieved.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance Operative is responsible for:

- Ensuring all maintenance checks are conducted.
- Maintaining a safe environment for residents, team members, and visitors.
- Supporting the high quality of service within the home.
Salary: Competitive, depending on skills and experience.
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
Location: Coronation Close, March, England, PE15 9PP.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all minor repairs and plumbing are fixed within a timely manner.
- Maintain and repair electrical equipment, drainage systems, and the boiler house as needed.
- Upkeep decoration to the highest standard, dealing with snagging items promptly.
- Overall responsibility for conducting weekly tests of emergency systems within the home.
Training, Skills & Experience Required
- Essential:
- Experience in a similar maintenance role, ideally within a healthcare environment
- Excellent written, non-verbal, and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge and competence in building maintenance
- Computer skills to complete reporting duties
