About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Maintenance Operative to join our exceptional team. Maintenance Operatives are crucial in safeguarding our club's wellbeing, upholding high operational standards, and ensuring the safety of members and colleagues—delivering an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Upholding operational excellence: Ensure all equipment is fully functioning with maximum reliability.
- Safety-first approach: Maintain the highest safety standards for members, guests, and team members.
- Proactive maintenance: Preempt issues, troubleshoot challenges, and perform repairs to keep facilities in prime condition.
- Health & wellness advocacy: Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture that enhances the member experience.

Requirements & Skills
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will:

Have technical skills in a maintenance discipline, such as:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Single-phase electrical work (Essential)

Hold a valid Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).

Possess:
- A full driving licence (or willingness to travel efficiently between clubs in your region).
- Strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills to interact effectively with members, teams, and leadership.
