About the Role
Our vibrant team of operators keeps the business running smoothly (literally), but now we’re on the hunt for someone who thrives on plumbing sleuthing, electrical brilliance, and minor miracles to join our squad.
If you’re proactive, hands-on, and take pride in a well-kept space, this role is your stage:
- Plumbing Puzzle-Solver – Diagnose and resolve leaks, drips, and system health like you’re playing Clue but with pipes.
- Lighting Conductor – Routinely inspect and fix electrical issues to ensure our offices never plunge into darkness.
- Wall & Ceiling Artist – Friendlier than paint – patch, touch up, and make sure every corner of the office looks pristine.
- Swift Problem-Tamer – Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests, big or small, before minor issues mushroom into crises.
- Safety Overview – Partner with security to champion health & safety, ensuring all risks are scanned and systems are foolproof.
- Part of a Dynamic Team – Collaborate with colleagues to deliver uninterrupted performance—like your own mini construction union, but with #squadgoals.

Responsibilities
Here’s a sneak peek at what your sparkling, leak-free mantelpiece will include:
- Taking responsibility for our office and building maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment every day.
- Carrying out and scheduling regular and preventative maintenance work including:
- Lighting and repairs
- GFX and AV circuit checks
- Fault diagnosis and rectification
- Basic plumbing and pipe repairs
- Debt repair and deep clean walls and floors
- Patching, scraping, and wall surface repairs
- General policy and procedures maintenance.
- Become a lighting Hermione Granger—remain on top of electrical safety checks.
- Prioritize efficiency and responsiveness to office teams for quick resolutions.
- Working closely with security and health & safety teams to ensure all systems are up to scratch.
Requirements
We need your new hero to tick these boxes ideally:
✔ Hands-on Experience – voracious appetite for fixing builds and working on utilities, ideally in commercial settings. ✔ Bright but Basic Skills – some working knowledge of:
- Electrical work (e.g., switching, circuits).
- Plumbing completes from pipes to radiator stemming.
- Safety protocols (building compliance, risk assessments, etc.). ✔ Autonomous & Adaptable:
- Solve issues with speed, precision, and resilience.
- Can you handle grit and glue day in, day out?
- Care with cleaning and refurbishment tasks – the diligent combo of grit and polish. ✔ Problem-Solving with Flair – like Sherlock Holmes on leaks, electrical glitches, and dull surfaces. ✔ Teamwork Mindset – we thrive on collaboration, so your communication needs to be genuinely excellent.
