Europe’s premier health and wellness group is seeking a passionate Maintenance Operative to join our team.
Our maintenance professionals are the heartbeat of our clubs, supporting operational excellence and ensuring an impeccable member experience.
The Role
We place utmost importance on cleanliness, safety, and functionality. As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all equipment and facilities operate at optimal performance—including pools, electrical systems, and mechanical services
- Maintaining an exceptional, safe, and welcoming environment for members and colleagues
- Providing prompt, professional, and highly reliable service—weekdays and weekends
- Partnering with our team to uphold the highest standards of club operations

About You
We’re looking for someone with:

Essential technical skills or qualifications in:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Single-phase electrical work

A STA (Swimming Teachers’ Association) Pool Plant Operator Certification (or equivalent)

A full driving licence or the ability to commute efficiently between clubs in your region

Strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills to collaborate effectively
