We are seeking a passionate Maintenance Operative to join our exceptional team. Maintenance Operatives play an indispensable role in ensuring the well-being, safety, and operational excellence of our clubs, maintaining a hygienic, secure, and high-functioning environment for all members and colleagues—7 days a week.

About You
As a Maintenance Operative, we’re looking for a proactive individual with:
- Essential technical skills or discipline, such as:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Single Phase Electrics

A valid Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or equivalent), with practical experience in operational maintenance

Licence or ability to commute efficiently between clubs within your designated region (a full UK driving licence is preferred)

Strong communication, collaboration, and active listening skills
