Maintenance Operative – Promenade, Brighton

Promenade, Brighton are looking to appoint a full-time Maintenance Operative to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis.
About The Role

We're hiring a Maintenance Operative to help keep our student accommodation safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys manual work, takes pride in their craft, and wants to develop a career in property maintenance.
About You
We seek a hands-on and resourceful person who can:
- Fix, maintain, and improve buildings, fixtures, and stormwater drainage systems.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic combined with an upbeat attitude.
- Show a solid background in maintenance or a genuine interest in the field.
- Be resourceful and a problem-solver for everyday issues.
