Support the delivery of weekly maintenance plans across Jaguar Land Rover’s West Midlands Stampings Operations, helping to maintain advanced manufacturing equipment, maximise production efficiency, and drive continuous improvement through effective preventative maintenance and problem-solving.
What To Expect
- Support production targets by ensuring maintenance activities contribute to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Environmental objectives.
- Manage and maintain the CMMS/SAP EAM system, including preventive maintenance plans, asset registers, equipment structures, and performance reporting.
- Develop maintenance schedules and work instructions to support repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Analyse equipment performance data and apply reliability, maintainability, and FMEA methodologies to improve asset uptime and operational performance.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams, stakeholders, and digital teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support SAP EAM development and deployment.

What You'll Need
- You will need one of the following: A Government Approved Apprenticeship, Craftsman Certificate, Level 3 BTEC, NVQ, OCR Cambridge Nationals or a National Diploma (in general, electrical or mechanical engineering maintenance).
- Experience delivering performance metrics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience using CMMS systems and managing preventive maintenance programmes.
- Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and risk assessment requirements.
- Problem-solving, root cause analysis, and analytical skills.
- The ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and support small projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
