Job Description
Job Title: Multi Trade Operative (Plumbing and Carpentry)
Salary: Up to £34,500 per annum + company van, fuel card and power tools
Location: Covering Birmingham area
Contract: 39 hours - Permanent
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Thursday: 8am to 4:30pm
- Friday: 8am to 3:30pm
About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Trade Operative to join our Trades team on a permanent basis.
In this role you will play a key part in ensuring our properties are maintained to a high standard. You will be required to carry out a wide range of repairs, improvements, working efficiently, safely, and in line with current best practices and health & safety legislation.
Delivering excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll be expected to work in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner always.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is skilled, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work.
- Previous working experience with both Plumbing and Carpentry
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using handheld electronic devices
- Strong understanding of safe use of tools and equipment
A DBS check will be required if you are successful.
